The shipping varies depending on the items ordered. 90% of orders without our Key By Photo™ will be shipped on the same business day except for orders placed after 5 PM EST. 80% of orders with our Key By Photo™ will be shipped within 2-3 days if “properly photographed and high-quality photos of the key blade” are submitted right after the order is confirmed. Submitting improperly photographed and low-quality photos will result in delayed shipping of the order.

We advise getting in touch with us within 2 hours from the time the order is placed so that we can intercept your order and make the necessary changes. For orders that have been shipped, the customer has the option to refuse the package and have it returned to the sender. TKC may or may not refund the shipping fee.

Average or estimated delivery times vary on the shipping service chosen. For shipments within the United States, Free Shipping usually takes 7-14 business days while Priority Shipping takes 3-5 business days and is determined the moment the package is In Transit.

Yes. International shipments do not qualify for free shipping and may incur import taxes, duties, brokerage, and/or other fees depending on the importing country's laws. All shipments from the US to Canada are subject to Canadian duty charges. Unfortunately, we cannot determine this duty and it is completely independent of any shipping charges from Tom’s Key Company. Also, our fulfillment partner may use Distribution Centers in Carol Stream, IL, or Elk Grove, IL that will transfer the package to Canada Post for last-mile delivery. Unfortunately, we will lose track once it's delivered to the distribution centers. The delivery may take up to 30 business days.
