Not sure how much to give?  Costs of spare keys vary by vehicles. $100 can order some basic keys.  $200 is most popular - for many vehicles this covers the cost of a spare key, programming tool, and key cutting.  For some smart key fobs for push button start vehicles $250 or $300 may be necessary to give a full DIY solution with spare key, programming device, and key cutting.

Also, please be sure sales / discounts can not be applied to gift card.  For example - if we had a 10% off sale, so a customer paid $90 for a $100 card, and then in the future when the gift card is used and there's a 15% off sale, we'll start trending toward losing money on the sale. If cx can't get discount at time of purchase, then it is perfectly acceptable for sales to apply when the gift card is used.
